Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same business day. Everything else goes out the next business day. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves our LA studio.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries. International rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast, so there's a short window. Email us within 60 minutes of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Using your brush cleaner
How does the brush cleaner work?
Add a drop of our brush soap and a little water to the textured pad, then swirl your brush across the surface. The ridges work product out of the bristles in seconds — no scrubbing, no damaged brush heads.
Which brushes is it safe for?
All of them — natural and synthetic, face and eye, dense buffing brushes and delicate blending ones. The pad is gentle enough for fine bristles and firm enough for foundation brushes.
How often should I replace the pad?
With normal weekly use, a pad lasts 8–12 months. When the ridges start to feel smooth, it's time for a fresh one — grab a set of replacement pads from the shop.

What's your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. See the Shipping & returns page for the full details.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
We're sorry! Send a photo to our team within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away, no return needed.
Is there a warranty?
Every cleaner is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Read what's covered on the Warranty page.
