Shipping & returns
Where we ship, how long it takes, and how to send something back if it isn't right.
Shipping
We ship from our studio in Los Angeles. Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day are processed the same day; orders after that ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

International
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every shipment includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, reach out and we'll look into it.
Returns
Changed your mind? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Drop the package off — once it arrives, we process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — no return shipping required.
Replacement pads and gift cards aren't eligible for return once opened, for hygiene reasons.
