We build our tools to last. If a manufacturing defect shows up in the first year, we'll replace it — on us.
What's covered
Your LuxeCleanBeauty cleaner is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. If it fails because of how it was made, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
- Separation or peeling of the silicone pad
- Cracking of the base under normal use
- Defects present on arrival
What's not covered
- Normal wear of the cleaning pad (pads are consumable — replacements are available in the shop)
- Damage from drops, misuse, or cleaning agents we don't recommend
- Items bought from unauthorized resellers
How to make a claim
- Email our team with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- Include a couple of photos so we can see what's going on.
- Once approved, we ship your replacement right away — no need to send the original back.
Keep your proof of purchase
Your order confirmation email is all you need. Bought it as a gift? The recipient can claim with the order number.
